Training On Sexual And Reproductive Health Rights And Child Protection With NCTF.

Program summary: Organize refresher training in Koyra, Shyamnagar and Keshabpur Upazila with the aim of creating awareness about the protection, leadership, advocacy, sexual and reproductive health rights of children and youth at the local level with the disadvantaged NCTF group. As a result, they will be able to accept the discussions of the previous training in a better way. Objectives of the program: Through this training, NCTF group members of Shyamnagar Upazila, Koyra and Keshabpur Upazial have increased their skills on Sexual and reproductive health rights and child protection

CSO Coordination Meeting.

The quarterly coordination meeting with representatives of Child Rights Protection Coalition (CSO) was held at Koyra, Keshabpur and Shyamnagar of Parittran Branch Office to enhance cooperation and networking in Upazila level. Community Scorecard and interface meeting with District Administration to develop action plan based on findings from community.

A bi-annual consultation meeting on community scorecards has been held with the familyplanning officers at the district level (Satkhir a, Jashore and Khulna) to ensure adolescent friendly health services.

But, the community score card has held with the family planning officer to ensure adolescent and the general people where male, female, pregnant mother, younger girls and boys has equally emphasis in Keshabpur under Jashore district. The meeting was held at 11 a.m. in the auditorium of the city’s mother and child welfare Centerin Koyra, Dewli Das Para Sarbojonin Puja Mundir (the place where the Hindu community people worship their gods) at Mojidpur in Jashore district and Burigoalini under Shyamnagar Upazila, Satkhira.

Girls Takeover

Summary of this program: Parittran and National Children’s Task Force (NCTF) under the Y-Moves project with technical assistance of Swedish International Development Co-operation Agency (SIDA), the “Girls Take over” program is arranged and implemented by Parittran on International Day of the Girl. In collaboration with the development organization HEKS EPER and in organizing the Human Rights Development Organization Parittran and in the implementation of the Bangladesh Dalit Parishad (BDP).
