Milan Das

Milan Das, is the Executive Director of Parittran as well as the General Secretary of Executive Committee. The most important matter is that he himself is dalit and have a clear knowledge on this issue and fit for this project for executing all sort of matters. He did Masters degree under National University. He is the pioneer of dalit movementand making dalit leadership and a researcher as well as human rights activists, he has 29 years of experience in community movement and expert in creating an education revolution in the Dalit communities as well as the founder of Dalit rights movement platform to create greater unity among Dalits.

He engages directly in policy advocacy, allocating budget for dalit in national budget and many others, he works revolves around building good governance and accountability in the community. Milan Das, he is well linked to national, regional and international coalitions, bodies and networks for human rights and peace building.

He started and carried out development programmes centering on issues such as Gender, Women and children rights, Climate change and adaptation, Livelihood, Legal Aid, Violence against Dalit and ethnic minorities etc.

Md. Rabiul Islam

Md. Rabiul Islam, Program Coordinator,has 20 years of working experience on Human Rights; especially dalit, Indigenous, extreme poor and marginalized dalit people in Bangladesh with local community, sub-district, district and national level government administration as well as law maker. He has especial coordinating skills with different NGOs and relevant network. He has excellent knowledge on staff management and coordinate the project as a team leader as well as skills on formulation and execution of Plans. He is directly involved in some successful advocacy, especially Birth registration Act 2004, Domestic violence and protection Act. 2010 and Anti-Discrimination Act 2022.

Snahalata Mallick

Snahalata Mallick is working as Chief Accountant has 19 years of working experience and expertise in preparing project financial reports and statements, along with handling financial transactional. In short, she has capacity to handles the financial section of Parittran tactfully, with an experience in operational systems, organizational processes, policies, and accounting methods etc. She has adequate knowledge of financial management,reporting, budgeting, audit reports, donor correspondence and expertisein financial matters and processors.

Asafur Rahman Kajal

Asafur Rahman Kajol is responsible for field program implementation, community mobilization, local government sector linkage, income generating activities,  training. He prior to join with us, he worked at Manob Sheba Unnayon Sangstha (MUSS). He did his MSS from Gov’t B.L College Khulna as well as LLB at Khulna law college.

Uzzal Kumar das

Uzzal Kumar Das is currently working as a Program Manager in PARITTRAN Organization. Since 2011, he has been working as a policy maker of the state, a representative of service providers, raising public awareness among the common people of the community, organizing children, youth and youth to demand the establishment of human rights and dignity of Dalits. He is involved in various positive movements of Dalits all over Bangladesh and is faithfully fulfilling his organizational responsibilities and duties. He has been instrumental in investigating human rights violence against Dalits and minorities and helping victims get justice through the judicial process. Moreover, he has the ability to form various groups. In particular, he has the ability to mobilize the community, advocacy on various issues, lobby and facilitate training or workshops, communication, presentation great programs. Mr. Uzzal kumar das is extremely focus and field oriented development activist. He holds BSS (Hons) and MSS degrees in Economics from jashore MM College under National University.

andi probir sircar

Andi Probir Sircar is the Communication Manager at Parittran, demonstrating expertise in strategic communication and public relations. He tries to effectively expose Parittran to everyone. He is playing a very professional role in transitioning organizations through messaging. Known for deftly navigating our organizational landscape, his leadership has enhanced Parittran’s outreach initiatives, developing meaningful engagement with donors & stakeholders within the country and beyond. Through a balance of innovation and communication skills, he continues to create positive change and expand Parittran’s mission in the community as well as out of the country.

md. alauddin sardar

Md. Alauddin Sarder has been working with the PARITTRAN since 2012 and has contributed to different projects as a Project Officer. He has played an important role in implementing the projects in Koyra Upazila, Khulna district. He is expert on Disaster Management, Child Protection, Early Marriage, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Sexual Gender based Violence etc. He is a proficient Project Officer familiar with his skill in activity implementation, communication with stakeholders in community, computer proficiency, report writing and exceptional leadership capabilities.

Noyon kumar gain

Mr. Noyon is working as Project Officer of Parittran. He currently serves as the head of Parittran Child and Youth Protection Committee; he has strong experience in this field. He Works with children, youth and parents on child and youth protection and rights, Sexual and Reproductive health and rights, Prevention of gender-based violence, Safeguarding, Climate change activities and program in coastal area. Before joining Parittran, he worked with NCTF Bangladesh, IID, YES Bangladesh, Jashore Film Society and Prokriti Jashore and was involved in program management. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting.

Utsho das

Utsho Das is working as an Accountant. He has been working efficiently in the account department of Parittran since 3 years. He is also skilled in planning, budgeting, recording, summarizing, reporting and auditing of financial transactions. Besides, he has good knowledge in admin part. He has completed B.B.A (Hon’s) from Khulna Azam Khan Govt. commerce College under National University in Finance and Banking Department. He has completed internship from Aziz Halim Khair Chowdhury Chartered Accountants under ICAB.
