Parittran recently conducted an intensive workshop focused on developing a comprehensive Organizational Development (OD) Plan, aimed at strengthening internal capacities, improving efficiency, and enhancing impact within our community-focused initiatives. Held over a two-day period, the workshop brought together key members of Parittran’s management, project teams, and support staff to collaboratively explore and establish strategic goals, evaluate current practices, and define future objectives.
The workshop, facilitated by industry experts in organizational development, involved hands-on activities and discussions to address core aspects of Parittran’s operations, including team building, resource optimization, and policy development. By creating a structured OD Plan, Parittran seeks to align its objectives with long-term goals, ensuring that the organization remains resilient and adaptable to changing environments.
Parittran’s Executive Director highlighted the significance of this workshop:
“The OD Plan is not just a roadmap for growth; it is a commitment to our mission and the communities we serve. With this plan, we aim to reinforce our foundation, improve accountability, and ultimately, deliver more impactful programs for marginalized communities in Bangladesh.”
As a follow-up to the workshop, Parittran will be implementing specific actions outlined in the OD Plan, including continuous professional development for staff, optimizing resource management, and promoting sustainable practices.
This workshop marks a critical step forward in Parittran’s journey toward a more robust and resilient organizational structure. We thank all participants for their valuable contributions and look forward to the positive outcomes of this collaborative effort.
