Executive Summary
Dalit and Indigenous girls in southern Bangladesh are most at risk. Instead of continuing their education, they are subjected to forced child marriage. Social discrimination, stigma, ignorance and lack of parental awareness are the reasons for them dropping out of education. The primary beneficiaries of the Reproductive Health Education and Development Project are 250 adolescent girls. Adolescent girls are receiving training on women’s rights issues, leadership development, reproductive health rights, life skills development etc. and they have collected twice in a quarter as well as shared their learning, knowledge which they attributed from the project. Besides, through this project, the girls of the society have received educational support to continue their studies. At result:-
Access and Quality of Education: The program has improved access to higher education for Dalit and Indigenous girls, addressing barriers such as poverty, lack of infrastructure, and cultural bias.
Skill development: Providing skill development opportunities can equip dalit and Indigenous girls with practical skills that enhance their performance. This could include vocational training, digital literacy and other skills relevant to local economic needs.
Health and Nutrition: The program can address the health and nutrition challenges of Dalit and Indigenous girls, promote awareness of health care practices and ensure access to essential health care services.
Empowerment and Leadership: Empowering Dalit and Indigenous girls through leadership training and mentoring programs can help them take an active role in decision-making processes at the community and societal levels.
Gender Equality and Social Inclusion: The program can advocate for gender equality and challenge social norms that perpetuate inequality. By fostering an inclusive environment, it can contribute to breaking down barriers and stereotypes associated with gender and race.
Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Opportunities: Supporting entrepreneurial initiatives and creating livelihood opportunities can economically empower Dalit and Indigenous girls. This may involve establishing support networks, access to credit and promotion of small business enterprises.
Community Development: By investing in the development of Dalit and Indigenous girls, the program contributes to the overall development of their communities. These include building social infrastructure, improving living conditions and building community cohesion.

Mission
To provide comprehensive support and opportunities for the holistic development of 250 Dalit and Indigenous adolescents, focusing on education, health, skill-building, and community engagement, with the ultimate aim of bridging social gaps and promoting inclusive growth.
Expected Outcomes:
- Increase school attendance, learning and academic performance among 250 Dalit and Indigenous adolescents.
- Improve overall health awareness, Promote hygiene practices and access to healthcare services.
- Facilitate awareness campaigns on the rights and contributions of Dalit and Indigenous communities.

Main activities
1. Educational Support:
- Scholarships for academic excellence.
- Provision of educational materials and resources.
2. Educational 2 Workshops and 4 seminar :
- After-school tutoring and mentoring programs
- Motivational training with parents.
3. Health Education 3 Workshops and 14 seminar :
- Conduct regular workshops on key health topics, such as nutrition, SRHR, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices, targeting different age groups within the community.
- Implement hygiene promotion programs emphasizing the importance of hand washing, sanitation, and personal hygiene.
3. Leadership Trainings -7:
- Leadership Trainings that focus on communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
